Physician Assistant, Certified (PA-C)
Sarah Vredenburgh, PA-C, grew up in Springfield, Vermont. She attended the University of Vermont where she majored in mathematics and chemistry. After receiving her undergraduate degree, Sarah worked as a medical assistant at The Community Health Centers of Burlington. This is where she was introduced to a career in medicine and became passionate about primary care.
Sarah earned her Masters as a Physician Assistant from Bryant University in Rhode Island, graduating with honors. She is delighted to be back home in the Green Mountain State. Sarah takes great pride in providing care for the entire family. Her clinical interests include preventative medicine, pediatrics and adolescent medicine, women’s health and addressing the social determinants of health.
She resides in Elmore with her partner, Ryan, and their two dogs, Otis and Bailey. Sarah loves to travel and spend time outdoors. In her free time, you can find her on the ski slopes, hiking with her pups, on a lake, or curled up with a good book.
