Medical Assistant
Matthew Sadowsky leads the clinical capabilities for Lamoille Health Partners’ behavioral health services. He also provides training for the team of care providers to advance therapeutic approaches that reflect the most up-to-date science of behavioral health and wellness.
By focusing on individuals and families, he offers specialized treatment plans that are based on compassion and acceptance. Matt also believes that each patient’s therapeutic journey must be integrated with other services to achieve whole-person health.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the University of Maryland as well as a master’s degree in clinical psychology at Saint Michael’s College, later completing post-graduate work at the Vermont Center for Family Studies, studying human behavior with a theory known as Bowen Family Systems.
Matt enjoys working on old cars and his family motto is “we can fix anything.” While psychology is his calling, he spends plenty of time outdoors mountain biking, snowboarding, kayaking, or just wandering.
